Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tresses Creations.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order confirmation may be required.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To start a return, please contact us at tessavanderkrogt@live.fr. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
